6. Google User Data

Our Google Ads integration connects to Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API. This section explains how we handle data we receive from Google when you authorise that connection.

Data we access

With your permission, we access Google Ads data for the accounts you authorise, including:

• Account names and IDs, and the list of accounts your Google user can access
• Campaign, ad group, asset group and ad settings, including budgets, bidding and targeting
• Ads and creative assets such as headlines, descriptions and images
• Product group (listing group) settings for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
• Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value

We do not access any other Google service, such as Gmail, Drive or Contacts.

How we use it

We use Google Ads data only to provide the integration's features: reporting on campaign performance, and creating or updating campaigns, ads, asset groups and product groups at the request of the account owner. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties, except with service providers that process it on our behalf and only as needed to provide the integration's features (for example, the AI assistant that prepares reports and proposed changes), where required by law, or with your consent. Our service providers are not permitted to use this data for their own purposes, including training their models.

Storage, security and retention

OAuth access tokens are stored on Mira-controlled systems with access restricted to authorised staff. Google Ads data is retrieved when needed to answer a request or make a change, and is not kept longer than necessary for that purpose. We keep a log of changes made to Google Ads accounts through the integration so they can be reviewed.

Revoking access and deletion

You can revoke the integration's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and we delete them. You can also ask us to delete any Google user data we hold by contacting us using the details below.

Mira's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
